Education:
Ryan earned a Ph.D. in History from the State University of New York- Binghamton in 2007 and a J.D. (with Distinction) from the University of Saskatchewan in 2015. He completed his articles as a law clerk to the Honourable Justice Denis Pelletier at the Federal Court of Appeal in Ottawa, was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2015, and practised with another law firm in Saskatoon prior to joining Leland Kimpinski LLP in December 2017.
Community Involvement:
During his law school years Ryan was a volunteer at CLASSIC and participated in the bilingual Laskin moot competition. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the CBA’s local bankruptcy and insolvency section, and the Association des juristes d’expression française de la Saskatchewan.
Ryan is currently writing a book on the culture of chivalry in Renaissance Europe.
