A graduate of the University of Saskatchewan, Caitlin received her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in English with High Honours in 2006 and her Juris Doctor with Distinction in 2010. Caitlin was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2011.
Caitlin has worked at Leland Kimpinski since 2011 and became a partner in 2016. Her practice includes estate planning (wills, trusts, powers of attorney and health care directives), estates and estate administration, residential and commercial real estate transactions, commercial financing, corporate law and reproductive law (surrogacy agreements, donor agreements, gestational carrier agreements, and declarations of parentage).
COMMUNITY & PROFESSIONAL INVOLVEMENT:
Caitlin has been a member of the Estate Planning Council for several years and has shared her knowledge and experience in estates and estate planning as a presenter for this organization and several others.
Caitlin is a member-at-large of the National CBA Wills, Estates & Trusts Section of the Canadian Bar Association and also belongs to the Saskatchewan Bar Association. Caitlin volunteers on the parents’ committee at the Centre Éducatif Félix le Chat.
Outside of the office, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her husband and their three young daughters, swimming with the Saskatoon Goldfins Masters Swim Club, attending pilates and yoga classes and traveling.
