Tom Baldry has a diverse practice that includes bankruptcy and insolvency, family law, commercial lending, debt collection and foreclosure, and general civil litigation. Tom has appeared before the Provincial Court of Saskatchewan, the Court of Queen’s Bench of Saskatchewan, the Federal Court of Appeal, and a number of civil tribunals.
Prior to entering law, Tom received a Bachelor of Arts with High Honours from the University of Saskatchewan in 2009, and a Master of Arts from the University of Saskatchewan in 2011, majoring in Economics. Tom received his Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan in 2014, and was called to the bar in 2015.
While attending law school, Tom participated in the Intensive Clinical Law program and spent a semester working full-time with Community Legal Services for Saskatoon Inner City Inc. (CLASSIC). Since being called to the bar, Tom has continued to volunteer with CLASSIC's "Legal Advice Clinic" program, and in 2016 was one of three nominees for Saskatchewan's Pro Bono Service Award. In his free time, Tom volunteers to coach his son's soccer and ball hockey teams.
